At McCarthy Middle School, our Outreach Counselor serves as a vital link between our school, families, and the community. This role focuses on removing barriers to learning by connecting students and families with essential resources, offering guidance and support, and fostering strong relationships that promote student success. Through proactive communication and individualized assistance, our Outreach Counselor helps ensure every student has the tools and opportunities they need to thrive both in and out of the classroom.
