Our Teams

At McCarthy Middle School, we believe students learn best when they feel supported and connected. That’s why our grade levels are organized into small, caring teams of teachers who work together to help every child succeed. Within these teams, teachers from different subjects collaborate closely, sharing ideas and strategies to make learning meaningful and engaging. This structure allows each student to be well known by a group of educators who support not only their academic growth but also their social and emotional well-being.
